The owner, Dominica Manco, talks about a modern medical aesthetics salon in the heart of Gdańsk.
The Project Beauty Clinic salon is a breath of fresh air on the beauty services market. I founded this place in Gdańsk - my favorite city - in 2020. From 2021, it will be located at Stara Stocznia Street - in the immediate vicinity of the Museum of the Second World War and with an extraordinary view of the Gdańsk Observation Wheel.
I chose this beautiful location especially with my clients in mind. The proximity of the city center and public transport allows you to spend a fabulous "day for yourself" . I gave women a place where, after a relaxing walk in the beautiful surroundings, they can take care of their beauty and at the end drink delicious coffee.
Both my services, those of people who work with me, and the premises themselves represent the highest global standards. Here you will find classy decor combining gold and marble, as well as an offer that follows the latest trends in the beauty industry .

Now you may be wondering who the woman is behind all this. So let me also tell you about myself.
Dominic Manco
Since I was a child, I have learned about life in both Germany and Poland. This cultural diversity has shaped my openness to the world and people. Today I divide my professional life between Poland and Iceland, where I promote a holistic approach to aesthetic medicine .
I consider myself a "modern Polish mother" - I love spending time with my family and taking care of the house, but at the same time I have never given up striving for success .
Privately, I am Kuba's life partner, as well as the mother of two kids - Gabrysia and Wiktor . I would give everything I have for all three of them without hesitation. I combine motherhood with career and education, proving that strength comes from love for what you do .
My career progressed in a less obvious way. After graduating from a specialized hotel school, which developed self-discipline and a "from zero to manager" approach to my career, I started law studies at the WSAiB in Gdynia .
Taking care of myself has always been important to me. I wanted to break patterns and show the world that a wise woman can also think about her appearance and that there is nothing wrong with that . I was looking for a clinic where I could safely take care of myself, but at that time the market did not meet my expectations.
I was determined to give women the space I needed . I could never limit myself to doing one thing, so at the same time I started part-time studies at a beauty school. There I found my destiny and, against all odds, I abandoned my prestigious studies to fully devote myself to what I loved .
After years of various beauty training and opening my dream clinic, I went a step further - in 2022 I started medical studies, majoring in nursing.
As a child, I was very sensitive, so I did not expect that I would find myself in such a difficult reality. Daily practice in the hospital not only toughens my character, but also gives me a solid boost of energy and joy . Today I know that helping people is simply my destiny ;)

The right hand of the clinic. At Project Beauty, she deals with marketing, documentation and contact with clients. Most often, you will meet her at the reception , where she will always answer your questions and offer delicious coffee.
A sociologist by passion, a copywriter by profession and a great organizer . She hitchhiked all over Poland and part of Europe, but her heart has always belonged to Gdańsk.
