I. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy defines how personal data of Users necessary for providing electronic services through the website www.pbcgdansk.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") are collected, processed, and stored.

The Service collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered within it.

Personal data collected through the Service are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR"), and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

Personal data are used for the following purposes:

Registration of an account and verification of the User's identity
Enabling login to the Service
Execution of the agreement related to services and e-services
Communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.)
Sending newsletters (with the User's consent)
Managing the comment system
Providing social networking services
Promoting the Controller's offer
Marketing, remarketing, affiliation
Personalizing the Service for Users
Analytical and statistical purposes
Debt collection
Establishing and asserting claims or defending against them

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude an agreement or use other functionalities of the Service.

IV. Types of Processed Personal Data

The Controller may process the User's personal data, including: name and surname, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, NIP (tax identification number).

V. Period of Processing Personal Data

Users' personal data will be processed for the period:

When the basis for processing data is the performance of a contract – until the expiration of claims after its performance
When the basis for processing data is consent – until its withdrawal, and after withdrawal, until the expiration of claims

In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for periodic claims and claims related to business activities – 3 years (unless a specific provision states otherwise).

VI. Sharing Personal Data

Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities associated with the Controller, subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Controller, e.g., companies handling e-payments, courier/postal service companies, law firms.

Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. Users' Rights

The Service User has the right to: access their personal data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

The Controller complies with or refuses the request immediately – within a maximum of one month from its receipt.

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).

VIII. Cookies

The Service collects information through cookies – session, persistent, and third-party cookies.

Collecting cookies supports the proper provision of services in the Service and serves statistical purposes.

The User can specify the scope of access of cookies to their device in the browser settings.

IX. Automated Decision Making and Profiling

Users' data cannot be processed in an automated way that would result in any decisions being made regarding them.

Users' data may be profiled for the purpose of tailoring content and personalizing offers, provided they have given their consent.

X. Final Provisions

The Controller has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, while not limiting the Users' rights.

Information about the introduced changes will appear in the form of a notice available in the Service.

In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
